The margins of our business are going to … fluctuate up and down quarter to quarter. It will depend on what capital projects we've spent on that quarter. The entire community seems like a secluded little town surrounded by the upbeat and growing city of Cranberry Township. Even after signing my initial sales contract, Rachel remained available for questions all the way up until my Pre-Construction Meeting. Prior to breaking ground, Rachel and I met with the PM that would be overseeing the construction of my house. My PM, John was diligent, transparent and attentive throughout the entire build process, which allowed for minimal to no stress. I am do satisfied with the finished product If I had to make my choice all over again, I'd choose Ryan Homes Park Place in a heartbeat.

He helped our decision making considering there are way too many things to look for in the new construction. Cory amazed us by taking time to answer a lot of questions that we had as well as making sure we were comfortable with everything we wanted in our home. So far the process has been smooth and on schedule. We had our pre-construction meeting with PMs last week with ground breaking planned for this week weather permitting.

The Ryan team sets the standard for delivering customer service, and addressed every concern or question that we had along the way. My fiancé and I had a great experience with the process of our home. We had the wonderful pleasure of working with Carlos and Jason . They were very helpful and informative and kept our stress away during the whole process from when we just visited the model home to move in.
